■ The baseball team won their opener 6-1 against Loyola Marymount yesterday in Las Vegas.

■ The softball team beat Texas 8-0 winning their second shutout of the day after taking down Rutgers 10-0.

Up Next: The Ducks will look to complete an undefeated weekend at the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge at 6 p.m. PT on Saturday against Ole Miss.

■ The ladies basketball team beat USC 80-74 in double overtime yesterday at MKA.

Up Next: No. 9 Oregon meets No. 7 UCLA at 7 PM on Monday in its final regular season home game. ESPN will televise the contest.
