■ The baseball team dropped game 2 at Stanford falling 5-1. Rubber match later today.

■ The softball team lost their Civil War matchup 4-3. Series concludes later today.

■ Oregon sophomores Sabrina Ionescu and Ruthy Hebard have both been named to the Naismith Starting Five, the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association announced on Friday prior to the Final Four.

Duck Stuff: Friday Edition

■ Oregon beat #3 Stanford 10-1 yesterday in baseball action.

On Deck: The Ducks and Cardinal resume the series with another 6 p.m. start today. Mercer (3-1, 2.43) will be on the hill for Oregon, facing Stanford junior lefty Kris Bubic (4-0, 1.19).

■ Oregon won the Civil War softball game 4-1 yesterday.

Up Next: The Ducks continue the Civil War series on today at 3 PM. Pac-12 Networks will air the game live on Pac-12 National and Pac-12 Oregon.

■ The lady Ducks fell to Notre Dame 84-74 in the Elite Eight last night to end their historic season.

Sabrina Ionescu was named a first team All-American while Ruthy Hebard claimed honorable mention honors, the Associated Press announced on Monday.

■ The baseball team lost to San Francisco 5-1 yesterday at PK Park.

On deck: Oregon hits the road for a three-game series at Stanford starting Thursday. First pitch is at 6:05 on Thursday and Friday and at 1:05 p.m. on Saturday. San Francisco will host Oregon next Monday at 3 p.m.

■ The ladies basketball team advanced to the Sweet Sixteen after an easy victory over Minnesota 101-73.

Coming up: The next team will be either Ohio State or Central Michigan, who meet Monday for the right to face Oregon in Spokane on Saturday. The winner will move on to the regional final, for a trip to the Final Four.

■ The softball team beat UCLA 3-0 after a walk-off homerun in the bottom of the seventh.

Up Next: The Ducks will take a break for final exams over the upcoming week, before going on the road in conference play for the first time this season with a three-game series at Oregon State beginning March 29.

■ The men fell in the NIT losing to Marquette 101-92.

■ ASU swept the baseball team 6-1 yesterday.

On Deck: Oregon will open the conference home slate with a three-game series against California beginning Friday at 6 p.m.

■ The softball team handed UCLA their first loss winning 7-5.

Up Next: The Ducks and the Bruins will face off in game three of the series at 2 p.m. PT on Sunday (Pac-12 Network).

■ The baseball team lost their second straight to ASU 18-4.

On Deck: Oregon and Arizona State will wrap up the three-game series Sunday at 12:30 p.m. The Ducks will send Kolby Somers (1-0, 1.69) to the mound, while the Sun Devils will throw Eli Lingos (3-1, 3.70).

■ The softball team won two games yesterday, beating Montana 7-0 and Bryant 17-1 to finish the Oregon Invitational 5-0.

■ Oregon outlasted Washington St. 64-62 in OT at the Pac-12 Tournament.

Kenny Wooten blocked two shots in the final 20 seconds of overtime to help the Oregon men's basketball team survive a war of attrition Wednesday, 64-62 over Washington State in the opening round of the Pac-12 Tournament at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Up Next: The Ducks and Utah meet in the quarterfinals today (8:45 p.m., FS1). Utah won the only meeting between the two schools this season, 66-56 in the conference opener for both sides on Dec. 29.
